Our visit to Lombok last November was very different than most of our trips. For the first time in months we didn’t have an agenda and we were just ready to relax and enjoy the idyllic beaches, fantastic food and gorgeous views. So after two days of doing just that, I started to get itchy … Continue reading →

{Indonesia} Visiting Bandung with Kids

November 2, 2013 in Family, Indonesia, Kids, Travel 15 Comments

Going to Bandung on a weekend, I had heard, was not a good idea unless we were planning to eat, drink and be merry inside our car. It feels like an eternity since we were in Bali when in fact I was there just last week on a business trip. I spent almost three weeks in the gorgeous island of Bali but my pasty white skin and my sand free luggage would deceive you in a heartbeat. I loved every second of … Continue reading →

Our last visit to Bali was very different from our earlier ones. This time I wasn’t pregnant, we didn’t even visit the touristy places and we stayed far away from the resort area. This time, our sole purpose was to get our advanced open water diving certificate and to see a part of Bali we … Continue reading →
